This is totally up to you! If you want to pay for your entire family, friends, and bridal go for it. If not, pay for the 2 of you and whoever can make it will find a way. (This sounds harsh, but my brain is mush and I can’t think of a way to soften it.) As far as flying me out (and a second shooter if you opted for one), that will be included in your package, so no need to worry there.
I will book my own flight using my airline miles.
That depends on what your end goal is. Hiring someone local that you know and trust ensures a positive experience and connection to the person who will document the biggest day of your lives, whereas hiring someone local may be easier logistically. But remember, you won’t have to coordinate my flight or stay because I take care of all of that on my end.
