Downtown Tampa Courthouse Elopement
Historic Tampa Theater | Le Meridien
Taylor and Kyle already had their big wedding in Italy well before they reached out to me to document their elopement. They wanted the family members who wouldn’t be able to make it to Italy to see them be married and celebrate their love. Taylor asked for my input on a chic little white dress to feel like a bride with a little bit of edge. She and Kyle both wanted to feel like they could publish their gallery in a fashion magazine while still having fun. They married in the county courthouse in Tampa’s downtown with their family to witness the small ceremony.
After the ceremony, Taylor and Kyle took some time alone to take their bridal portraits and connect. They took a short walk by the historic Tampa Theater and stopped by their favorite Thai-American restaurant next door, where the owner greeted us and was pleased to let us take photos inside.
We then met the rest of the family on the steps of Le Meridien, a historic courthouse turned hotel and restaurant. They had fun with everyone as we took family portraits and wrapped up their day having dinner all together inside at Bizou Brasserie. Their desire for fun, fashion, and family fueled my passion for what I do as a luxury wedding photographer.
